A Streamlined Process to Opening Your Wagbar Location

Your Wagbar training will begin with the "Opener" app, which guides you in setting up your dog franchise from selecting the perfect site through construction, and with a deep dive in our training manual.
Training will continue with one week on location in Asheville, NC. During this week you'll learn everything you need to know to operate your business - from managing dog behavior to managing the bar.
When you are ready to open, a Wagbar team will be present to help. Beyond your grand opening, we are always available to answer questions or provide support in whatever way necessary. The Wagbar system and solutions drastically decrease your time to open and remove all headaches you might experience if you were trying to start from scratch on your own.
ESTABLISHED BUILD-OUT SOLUTION
We also offer a near turnkey solution to your Wagbar build-out. We have partnered with a company to convert shipping containers into fully-equipped bars and bathrooms, simplifying your opening process.

It was during a bad experience at a dog park in 2015 that Kendal Kulp, founder and CEO, first had the idea for how a dog park should be.
With his father, Kajur, as co-founder, they put their passion for dogs into action and officially opened in 2019.
The Kulps have created a place where the community is the heartbeat. A place where dogs are able to enjoy being with their friends as much as their owners.

INVESTMENT INFORMATION
The initial franchise fee is $35,000* with an overall estimated initial investment between $470,300 - $1,145,900.
You investment includes licensing, training, support, and resources to launch your dog franchise location.
The royalty fee for Wagbar will be 6% of adjusted gross sales. We also ask you to continute 1% of adjusted gross sales to the Wagbar marketing fund to help grow your brand.
We will provide full details to interested and qualifed potential franchises.
*Be one of the FIRST 10 FRANCHISE units and you’ll receive a discounted fee of $35,000! We also offer a MULTI-UNIT DISCOUNT of 50% if you commit to open three or more units.
