Mary Chan brings over 14 years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician, with expertise in animal behavior, health, and safety. She has dedicated her career to ensuring animals receive the highest standard of care, and her veterinary background ensures Wagbar LA maintains best-in-class safety and welfare practices for all dogs on-site.
Jennifer Nava has spent over 20 years leading large-scale training and operations teams in the corporate world. She specializes in building systems, developing leaders, and scaling teams for excellence. Beyond her professional expertise, Jennifer is deeply embedded in LA's dog rescue community, volunteering time, resources, and energy to support adoption and foster programs.
For Jen & Mary, Wagbar Los Angeles is more than a business. It's a passion project rooted in a lifelong commitment to rescue dogs and community impact.
