July Events at Wagbar: Cookouts, Live Music, and a Whole Lot of Tail Waggin'
July is here, and so is a full month of reasons to grab your pup and head to Wagbar. Between live music on the patio, a special day supporting shelter dogs, and weekly specials that make any night a good night, this is the kind of month that reminds us why we built this place in the first place.
Here's everything going on this month.
4th of July Cookout and Live Music
We're kicking things off big on Saturday, July 4th. We're providing the hot dogs, you bring a side to share, and we'll get the grill going for a cookout starting at 1pm. Come hungry and stay for the party.
Jack Seely takes the stage for live music from 2 to 4pm, and we'll have $1 off drafts and free entry all day. Just a heads up, we'll be closing early that night at 7pm so our team can enjoy a bit of the holiday too.
Live Music: Frances Eliza
Saturday, July 11th, from 3 to 5pm, Frances Eliza is bringing her music to the patio. Grab a drink, let your dog stretch its legs in the park, and settle in for a relaxed Saturday afternoon.
Shelter Dog Transport Alliance Day
Saturday, July 18th is all about giving back. Shelter Dog Transport Alliance will be with us all day so you can learn more about the work they do getting dogs from overcrowded shelters to rescues where they have a real shot at finding a home.
Stop by anytime from 3 to 7pm to chat with their team, and know that every dollar off drafts that day is going straight to support their mission.
Live Music: Andy & Ruthie Hunter
We're closing out the month with more live music on Saturday, July 25th, from 3 to 5pm, featuring Andy & Ruthie Hunter. Bring your dog, bring your friends, and enjoy one more sunny Saturday before August rolls in.

Hungry? We've got you covered nearly every day of the week. Palms Cuban American Kitchen rolls in on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. And starting June 8th, Smokee's Kitchen joins the lineup on Mondays and Tuesdays, so there's fresh food no matter which day you swing by.
